UpKeep Management is on. Buildings are decaying, but way slower than vanilla.

AntiOfflineRaid - Damage to your building is greatly reduced when you're offline. So raiding isn't worth for attackers while you're offline for a limited time.
NoEscape - In a raid or combat several things are blocked eg. teleportation. So no escape - fight!
PlayerRanks - Who's the best in everything? Show player statistics.
AutoDoors - Doors close after 5 secs
Backpacks - Small, medium and, big backpacks
Clans - Team up with your friends
SharedDoors - Share your doors with teammates
QuickSmelt - Smelt a bit quicker
Magic Loot - A little bit more and better loot, but not to much.
Stack Size Controller - Carry and store more stuff
Furnace Splitter - Convenience
ZLevels - Level up and gather more resources in shorter time
Teleportation - Have Teleport/Home points for quick travel.
SkipNight - Voteday!
NightLatern - Convenience. Have light in the night but no fuel cost for lanterns, tuna-, ceiling- lights
StartProtection - Freshspawn protection, no PvP for some time
RemoverTool - Remove stuff easily
