Unprofessional Admin Decision
by trying this server for the first time we with my teammate take a raid in the metro.
after a few minutes we see someone on a train In front of us this guy was looting stuff but his train blocked our way.
so the only logic way is too switch trains...we left him our train and left him some fuel so he could continue on his loot progress
but the admin put us in jail with out to much talking and didn't even give us a chance to explain what happened...
in this server even one player can ruin all your trip in the metro..

I'm sorry you had a negative experience on our server. Stealing of any kind is forbidden and displayed on the front page of the /info panel once you log in. This comes down to another point - mutual respect. Everything can be solved by talking to the player and asking them if it would be possible to switch the trains. Unfortunately, taking it without even asking can be seen as stealing and rule-breaking.

Nah,server response it total bs.If you would be a donator you issue would be solved.Simple as that.It very common to make abusive decisions towards f2p players on the server
Donations have nothing to do with the treatment you get. Our priority are rules and if they are followed over how much someone supported. Many donating players were permanently banned over the years because they broke rules.

Why would i open a ticket on a server where i got treated unfair twice,even if i was talking facts?Who cares,there are plenty of servers that respect their players out there unlike yours :)
Shame your experiences where not what you expected I can only say that I been playing here for years without donating regulary and everytime I had a issue it would be resolved trough the tickets on discord so it's worth to make one mabey cool off a bit and reflect on the situation there owner and staff and the community always are nothing but friendly to likeminded people :D
