admins ban ppl for no reason !!!! they are not fair, abusing their admin, like to bully and dont care at all .... its a big shame

funny thing this players was banned for a racist word in team chat. as was explained to her husband. and sorry no second chances when it comes to racism! in team chat or gen chat. once our chat bot catches it its over.

I will not be posting the attachments, as they have racist words included with the log attachments, which would violate ours, and rust-servers.net guidelines. Your appeal was under review. We are sorry you feel the way you do and have shown that you are extremely impatient, however, you need to understand that we need to take the time to review all of the circumstances and ensure that we have every detail possible, and thoroughly understand the situation at hand. Your first reply was only 2 hours after the initial ban. This wouldn't even have been enough time to review all of the materials, speak to the admins, and ensure we understand the situation at hand.

We are unsure how your ban, for using a racist word, indicates that our organization is the racist one. This thought process does not make any sense. Our organization is not bullying you for banning you. Your actions are yours, and you need to own them. Getting banned for violating our guidelines, is not bullying, rather it's a consequence for your actions performed.

Your appeal has been reviewed, and we regret to inform you that your Ban will not be lifted. We hold a Zero Tolerance Policy towards Racism or hate speech, and seeing your messages here, they are clearly not "unintentional". We are not sure why "Testing" the filter seems like a good idea, but it's not. The filter is put there to prevent the usage of such hate speech, and is self explanatory that this is its primary purpose. If you required more information about it, you should have inquired about it, rather than attempting to set it off.

What you say may be truthful, that you are not racist, however there were words used that violate our guidelines. But if we were to allow such cases of people simply "testing" the filter, every time they claimed they are not racist, that would defeat the purpose of holding a Zero Tolerance stance against such speech.

Ignorance to our rules is no excuse, as everyone is informed to review /info and the rules upon joining the server. Failure to do is, is at the responsibility of the user. You broke a rule, and this is the consequence. More so, you attempted multiple times to trigger the filter, showing a careless attitude and complete disregard for the rules. This alone provides merit for as permanent ban.

Your appeal is denied and your ban will not be lifted. We hope you take this opportunity to reflect on your actions.
